Help on prodigy test result

can anyone tell me what the problem of my 8310 when i try to power on with nokia std battery it says "Contact Service" but i try to power on with prodigy box and cable the phone will power on then i go to phone test area in prodigy program then i got the result that "ST_TX_IQ_DP_LOOP_TEST" FAILED what ic should I change??

I have only seen 'contact service' on an 8310 when it was badly unlocked, so I unlocked it with neelix 2 and it worked fine after that (it didn't even nee reflashing)
