I appreciate any help, I already tried some software, and it doesn't work. Also, I know it is not unlocked, I tried a rogers at&t SIM in it. thank you for any help.

It worked. I thought I had used that code before, but I must have mistyped.

I guess one shouldn't punch in all these number with less than 2 hrs sleep in a 48 hr time.
