8310 imei no problem????

hi,

can someone help???

the imei no on my 8310 became ?????????????????????, and the version became ascii code when i check using *#06#

that is why i can't unlock it using cable, the phone with restricted code

Pls Help: I tried to flashed a newer newer version into it, but the imei no remain unchanged.

To repair the Imei you must re Flash your fone and put in a new Imei..

Then, can i use the cheap dct 4 flasher - china one, to flash it???

I tried flashing mcu and ppm into it, but the imei remain "????????????"

I don't have Griffin, any other way to do it ?

I think you may have to change the UEM chip...
