just Reset it to fatory Setting under
Security Code
and it will disapear

After resetting to factory defaults it wont have the T-mobile op logo? I know that T-Mobile sends that logo out everynow and then and was wondering if there is a way to disable to phone from using it. I would like to set my own logo but the DAMN t-mobile one overrides mine. WTF :(

Cant be doen caus the logo is pre programde to your sim card
and to remove it you must make acoppy of you sim without the logo

Serious? I had this sim card before and was able to do it.. but now I cant..
