Samasung a300 keeps freezing up

Hi,
I have a samsung a300 that freezes every now and again.
I would like to know if there is any software I can use with the four cable set to stop this from occuring?

or is there a component which would need replacing? if so diagrams would be very useful as i have very little knowledge of samsung phones.
