nOOb in need of Restriction code for Nokia 8390 ..PLEASE!

I have a Nokia 8390 (AT&T) In order to use the phone with my new provider T-Mobile I need a restriction code. I have called AT&T, T-Mobile and Nokia and did not get any help.
