Two things

1. on the DCT-4 nokias its not possible to read the code only to reset it to 12345

2. you need a fbus data cable you use the software as the Nokia cable doesn't access the phone in the right way.

The program I have attached will allow you to reset the sec. code

Hi, have tried the program with my fbus cable (6100, win98 ) and it generates the following error whwen the program loads

Component mscomm32.ocx or one of it dependancies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

A google seems to show prob means the file should have been registered b4 compling???

Thanks for any help

Or not as in this case

All you need to do is download the attached file and place it in the same folder as the program and it will work.

Can this be done via Infared or have to do by data cable???
Have anyone using this s/w and it work? Please give your input.

You have to use a cable.
