Hi, i cant get caller ID to work on my phone every number just appears as "Call", and i cant get all the options in the call register too i can only get options 3 to 8.

Someone help please

You have either not turned your phone off since your new sim card was activated or you have not recieved all of your sim updates

i am using my sim in a loaned phone i have switched it on and off a few times and removed the battery,

what do you mean by sim updates im not familiar with that term.

please reply
