Pay as you go 7210

I just found a pay as you go 7210 is there any chance that the IMIE number can get blocked or is the 7210 now mine ??

There is a huge chance it could get blocked but there is nothing you can do about it as it is up to the original owner of the phone to report it stolen/lost!
