What field to change for WRONG CODES in My-X5/X3

What fields do we change to correct this problem in My-X5/X3 phones. Even when you have the same codes from different sources? Phones still give you Wrong Codes
Are the codes' fields locked?
When you get this type of problem with 3026, just change field 5374
So what fields do I change in My-X5/X3 phones

I *believe* that if you've entered the wrong code a few time that it won't accept the right code after.... so guess there's a "counter" field to reset.. maybe 231??
