Nokia 3650 Shuts off by itself

I've tried a search on this site about this subject with no luck. My Nokia 3650 shuts itself off for no reason at all, when it bumps up against something, or when it's recharging. Does anybody else have this problem?

This has been said in the forum , many of this simptoms are caused by firmaware or because of the batery contact's (i think it's your case) , try to check them , clean them and with very careful pull them a litle bit to the outside ;-)

well, u can try upgrading ur firmware at nokia... worth a try.
