I have a non-modified 3395 with v3.03 but I'm not sure how to pull the flash off of it?
I'd be more than happy to send you a copy, if someone can help be backup it up...

wow! someone replied :D
i forgot about this post :p
have you had experience with phone flashing?
hopefully you have, so use Rolis Flasher 4.78b006 and set it to a 3330 (NHM-6). read the default flash size and that should do it.
any questions, just ask. ;)

Is there a flashing software the will read/write reliably from Win2k? My workstation that I'm using is W2K and Rolis complains about running on NT or 2k....

Have you guys figured out a way to unlock the 3395 with the flash file ? Or with Rolis.... ? I just need to unlock it - nothing more - no firmware changing or upgrading. If I have to do it by flashing then I guess I have to..
Another question.. is this a DCT-4 phone? I ask because if it is.. then it wont work with Rolis right? Rolis is only for DCT-3...
Any info on this would be appreciated.
thanks!
Dennis

You can unlock it with Knok95, just set it to 3330! No problemo!
Also you can download the 3395 Flash files from this address:

Isn't the 3395 a 1900MHz phone? Wouldn't that mean it only works in the US? Or maybe CDMA?

No, the Nokia 3395 is not a CDMA phone. It's a Nokia GSM 1900 Mhz phone. I am not sure if it is dual/tri or single band. It will only work in another country if it is running GSM 1900 Mhz, and this is soley based on what I know - which is that it is a 1900 mhz GSM phone. If it has other bands such as 800, 900, or 1800... I dont know.. But I sincerely doubt it is a tri-band..

the 3395 is a single band phone. only 1900mHz just like the 3390!
