i tried unlocking my fone more than 5 times, i beleive i messed it up lol...before it use to say code error...now it says cannot unrestrict fone or something...wat does that mean? and if i did mess it up..how can i fix it??

You must get your self a serial mbus/fbus data cale and bwinlock software then all you have to do is run softwear and unlock

Dont need any codes then? and where could i get the cable...and approximately for how much (canadian $)

look for a cable for the type of fone you want to unlock!!

Usb cable wont do
it has to be a serial cable M/Fbus
Nokia bWinLock v1.0.6 by B-Phreaks is the software

hmm.. i have the same problem, but I don't see a serial cable for the 3650 though, damn!
