1. Some times the call duration doesn't start and the result is no call dutation display and no beep feature.
2. Minute Beep function craches when the call is terminated in sec. 60.

Could you add Finnish language pack(pack A) to your mod..? I have tried to do it my self, but it seems that i´m not enough skilled :-? :smile:
Finnish language have two special chars (Ä and Ö). And afterall Nokia is a Finnish trademark originally so shouldn´t there be Finnish language in Nokia phones ;)

link working fine my problem is every 3410 i flash this flash and last 6.15 version i get no network and phone resets like chks are screwed but i have tried both ways chcks fixed and chks not and both have same probs any ideas mate ?

You have to patch to dead faid.. the crc have to be calculated on new...

u have here 2 program to kill faid and chk use them

use any program for 3410 i use knok

im using rolise 4.78 selecting 3330 the way i allways do 3410 coz as i say i have had one of your flashes working but i cant get this one to get signal i cant use knok as it allways says connot prepere phone

write i have tryed it with knok pheonix with flash check corrected and not corrected on both this and the other one in your sig and both get no network i dunno what is going on mate its just wierd

right i have tried it on three other 3410`s now using knok and rolise 4.78 with checks fixed and as downloaded (fixer says flash check is screwed on both flashes) and both no network and restart alot, faid fixed and sfr all jobs done i just dont get it mate what is wrong with this software, its got to be software as if i edit them my self and flash all is okay, if i flash orig software all is okay, if i flash updated or downgraded software all is okay

what else could it be its very strange

p.s i use noktool for faid as well as knok

i tested with several phones and it works oky on siganl. i think if the original msid is kept u'll have signal

Hints: flash with any working version but must be a fubu (MCU+PPM+PMM+EEPROM) then reflash again. the start adress is 0x200000 for knok
if u use rolis is the same adress and the and 600000 beacause the program will calculate the end of file (570000)

okay mate here is fubu that works orignal flash from phone also i was wrong it does reset all the time as soon as u do network request or dial out it resets then after that it resets even min (all your modded flashes that is)

u said u can add new languages. some contain special chars that don't exist in every font chunk. how did u add new chars ?? is there any prog out that does it and i haven't noticed?

okay i just tried the 6.35 and project a on 2 3410s and niether get signal and reset same as before ??? any idea why yet mate?

i think if is the same faind(cobba id) it will work
to me and my friends works 100 with the original epprom from every phone i had worte the menu

Tutorial for moding the 3410 software by asgaardro

TOOLS:
Version 5.30 in wintesla format (MCU,PPM)
MCU V5.30 IOTF moded by bobl(big thX for doing that)
Virgin eeprom for 3410
Knok build 1
JonNoks V.1.05a
My Files from Project A files
PPM Maker
Nfader v1.4
Sectone v1.0 by enzo gonzales
G3nolite v1.7 or v1.7b(i used 1.7)
Flash Cable
F&M Bus Cable


INSTRUCTIONS:

use knok to convert wintesla files to .fls (MCU+PPM)
now with g3nolite v1.7 kill FAID and MCU CHK ; corect chk and save
with knok flash write the new flash file and after it is done write the virgin eeprom.
now turn it on and conect the phone to the F&M Bus cable. in knok do this in this order only
1. Quickset FAID
2. Reset User interface settings
3. Reset Full Factory Settings
4. Reset SP Locks
5. Set new IMEI-> Use original IMEI
6. Reset phone
7. Quickset faid
after all this work trun off and then on the phone. in this moment u should have signal. if all is OK we'll going to next step.
with konk write the IOTF MCU by bobl and dont set faid beacuse after flashing u'll have signal (only if u dont have signal set faid but is worg something is not good. after u'll set faid again u'll change the cobba id and u dont whant to do this beacuse here is the trick)
after flashing the IOTF MCU thake a backup from the phone
make another backup from u're new .fls file in another director because if some thing will go wrong u must try again
now use JonNoks to load all the .bmp files add /01/0A chars and save.
use g3nolite to try see if the FAID and MCU CHK are killed and fix again CHK.
write to phone and u'll see the signal is there and now u have confidence in u.
use PPM MAKER to load the Tone CHUNK from me
use flash tone to chanege the ringtones
use nfader to set the lights
use genolite to add a menu for inver screen function

i have relased a new version and i made several improvements to the dead faid rotine
now shoul work after u wrote the flash but pls don't try to kill the chk with g3nolite or nay program because it will mess up
only update faid
or repair eeprom and then update faid
