Nokia 3510i won't turn on

It just turn's on for 1 sec and then turn's itself off, what's the problem and how to repair it
also it won't even recharge

I think your problem is due to the battery charging problem.
It seems the same symptom as a flat battery.
If you can try a good, charged battery, then you may find it works OK.

Does your charger work properly? Maybe that is what the problem is.

If I turn on my 3510i with a flat battery it does the same as yours.

When I was in Bosnia, I saw someone with the same problem, I said "Na sta se zelite?" he showed me, I was able to change the battery with mine and it worked OK, so he also had a charger problem.
I said to him "Nije nista zabrinjavajuce" and gave him my charger.

I hope you can quickly sort it out.

Burazeru ajde da batalimo engleski, pazi u cemu je problem zakacio sam bio telefon na kabli za komp ubacivao neke slike i to je to, u nekom trenutku telefon je poceo da se gasi i pali sam od sebe. skinem ga ja sa kabla i upalim, radi normalno, probam da izbrisem jednu sliku koju sam ubacio on se ugasi i vise nece da se upali!!! sto je jos i gore nece ni da se puni probao sam sa 2-3 punjaca, jel znas sta je sad?

Kakav je napon ovde bateriju? Nokia BLC-2 Li-Ion = 3.6
Ja mislim da nesto nije redu sa bateriju sistemom paljenja?

For the benefit of others, I have requested an English translation.
I suspect the fault is the battery charging system is not working, and the symptom described when the phone is turned ON is that of a low voltage battery.

Hi Farsh.

The language is Serbo-Croatian, I have been to Bosnia,Croatia and Slovenia. As I saw studiovpc is from Serbia I thought I'd just put a few words in, but I'm not fluent in any language so I found it difficult to understand the reply.

sorry i haven't wrote before i was busy, phone died because of gprs!!! it just needed to be flashed again, in service they said to me that all new nokias have this problem! my friend have 6100 and same happened to his phone, thanx for all advices now i bought 7210

7210 is working just fine, i've got irda adapter, so now there is no need to plug the cables to phone, pretty cool thing, gprs also working fine, no problems at all!

Chest problem sa nokiom... ovo je prva i poslednja nokia koju sam kupio (3510i)

I don't know abot flashing, but You can save all names to the SIM card to be sure!

I was in a service today and they flashed my phone... Everything I ever saved to my phone is lost ;(

P.S. I had all names on sim but I replaced it with another one (different operator’s) so I copied names on the phone and few days after that my phone died...

Recently my 7210 died on me when I used Logomanager to upload those caller group icons. Since it's still under warranty I sent it for repair...dare not mess with LM again since the warranty period will expire soon. :)

I've solved the problem 3 months ago, it needed to be flashed, then I sold the 3510i and bought 7210, then sold 7210 and now I got Sony Ericsson T610 and I can say it's far more better than any Nokia,
