Sim Card Registration Failed

Hi,

I have a small problem, I have flashed a 3310 with firmware version 4.07 (i think it was) to the latest 6.07.

Problem is, after flashing it, I get the message "Sim Card Rejected". What have I done wrong and how can i fix it?

The original sim card is a Telstra sim card, but i have tried vodafone and its the same thing (I'm in australia).

try to use nok tools by rolis clear the splock then update faid

I did that, but for some reason 6.07 just wouldn't work for that phone. So i tried 5.57 and that worked fine, oh well the person i upgraded the firmware for, can have 5.57.

Hopefully 5.57 isn't buggy or ill have my neck sliced off cos she'll be like... "it was working fine before, not its screwed!!" ;) :D

when u updrage from 4.xx to 5.xx or 6.xx you need to flash also eeprom

search for it

v5.57 isn't buggy! I believe it is the most stable and the best to modify! Also use Knok'95 to update it to the 3315! You can use my guide found here: http://nokiafree.org/forums/t31337/s.html

just open up your phone and clean up your pcb where the simcard connector store!and also clean your simcard!
