Hiya everyone,

Well i got an expensive Millenium 2001 smartcard programmer off ebay for £5!! Lucky i'd say! Anyway ive tried going through some guides and all but a lot use IC-Prog yet it wont detect my programmer nor will CardMaster!

Basically the only software that works is some "Millenium" sofwtare i found on the internet, this works kind of ok but i wrote to a goldcard two hexs i made from kiSsMe and when cut out and placed in a phone it doesnt detect it at all, just says "insert sim" :'-(

PLEASE can someone help me with this, i basically have a silvercard and was thinking about putting SimEmu on it but this millenium software doesnt support Silver cards!!

Plus a little question - probably dumb but hey... Can i reuse cards once written???

Hi slikmik,

Do you use SIMEMU? The SIMEMU don´t work in the Goldcard. Only works in SILVER and GREEN.

Its possible also that the problem are mecanic.
Is The cut of the card correct?

Well hello all :)

Cheers for the reply graham but as i stated above i tried writing to a silvercard with simemu. Plus ive cut them also pretty much perfectly.

Basically ive managed to clone my old orange sim card, using twinsim - originally i tried KisSmE but that didnt work.

Wierd thing is now my two Orange sims: BOTH do not get a signal
But before i cloned my original it worked fine - recken it has been barred?? Its like faid in a way it gets signal for 2 seconds then dies, a search for networks shows all available

Anyway look forward to peoples replies

p.s. in progress of extracting KI from my o2 UK sim which i am hoping to clone :)

Wahey done it

Sim Scan's never worked for me - using version 2 - havtn got time to try the other versions. Anyway... Using CARDinal 6.8 i found KI on an AMD2000 in about 24hours.

Using TWINSIM i made me eeprom and PIC hex's and wacked onto a gold card using Millenium Software with my Millenium 2001 writer

Worked great - very chuffed...

But now what to do? lol!
