For all the service manuals you can handle:- http://monitor.ti.ru:8101/shem/telephon/

Some of the nokia manuals are 4 Meg + so take a while to download so stick with it.

www.inside-gsm.com has some great circuit scans.

also www.ucables.com has a limited phone pepair guide
