Can I unlock a Motorola mpx 200 [Archive] - Nokia Flash Reverse Electronic Engineering

I want buy a Motorola mpx 200 but I would need to unlock it so I can use my T-Moblie SIM card. It is on the At&t network (USA) and when I put my T-Moblie sim card it askes for a network code. If anyone can help please let me know what I need to unlock this phone.
