thank you but my phone says phone was not restricted are there any other codes?? your help is greatly appreciated

if it says not restricted then it was probably not locked...try another networks sim card first to check

ok heres what has happened,i have tried vodafone sim and it shows network but wont let me make or recieve calls,with an o2 sim in it it shows network for 5 seconds at switch on and then network disappears,im slightly confused as to what is wrong with the damn thing!anybody any ideas?thanks

the phone sounds like it is blocked...lost/stolen...by the networks

Your fone is BARRED ( due to have been reported Stolen or lost )
The only way to un barred it is to change the UEM chip with a virgin one and reprogram it with a new Imei number( wich is ilegal)

ok many thanks looks like i've been robbed once again! worst thing to buy mobile phones at market!
