i might be able to help you out, i'll give you the web-site address to download Software for the V200! what you need to do is change the IMEI number the phone! do you differeent IMEI numbers???

after you've sucessfully changed the IMEI number please reply to me and let me know how it went cause i'm new to this kinda stuff and still learning.
