I have a nokia 8310 sft version v04.53. ther is a wrong entry in the radio memory as 0.0MHz in channel 10. i can't delete it. when i select it phone will restart. can i reset all channels to default? help me! is there any mega reset for the phone. if so explain how to do it.

im not a phone expert but try doing this:

go to Menu - Settings - Restore Factory Settings

dont know if it will work but give it a try. also you might want to backup your settings before you do that

Thank you very much for repling me. But i tried that and it won't re set the radio chanels. i need to know a way to reset all of it.

y, try setting a valid station frequency, and save it over the 0.0mhz. hope it works...

i've tried it! still not working, tring to store new chanel on it will restart the phone. thats the problem here. i cant save any cannel to the phone because it try to save on top of that effected channel and evantually it restarts.

this sounds drastic but maybe you should get the phone flashed if you desperatly want to reset everything. i don't exactly know how to do this but maybe someone on here will help ya

it happenns the same to me and only flashing the phone do the reset. so try to flash the phone with latest firmware. :D
