Bluetooth headset

hello all, today i bought myself a bluetooth headset for my nokia 3650 (type and brand: Bluemate-616), i charged the device with the included charger, en let my phone scan for bluetooth devices. No result.

Then i tried to scan with my computer for bluetooth devices, came out negative too.

the real problem is, in the package was no guide, or other document included.

Have others of you had problems to, does someone know this product and can someone help me.

have you tried to pair your headset with the phone? i have and i must pair it with my n3650 (see the right bt menu) in order to work.

Two things..
Both devices must be on..
Make sure that ure nokia device is configured to be "shown to all" in its discovery settings..
If you don't have the documentation, it might be difficult, if you don't know the passkey to authorise a connection.. Anyway.. If the above helps you recognise your headset, try to connect with it.. You will need a passkey to authorse the pairiing.. Try a default of either 0000 or 1234. If it doesn't work, ask your dealer what the code is.

hi,

i was able to detect the headset and paired up with the headset (1234 was the code, thx 4 that)

but after pairing up and i choose connect in my 3650 pair menu then it always says cannot connect. :(
