Problems Unlocking 7250 Plz Help

Hi,
I have a Nokia 7250 on Orange contract. I have used a DCT4 calc to unlock but gives me an error message saying "cannot undo restriction"
What does this mean for me and my poor phone? Why won't it derestrict? And more importantly- how can I unlock it now?

You have used up your 5 trys
now you will have to resorte to the cable method
when you use a calc use only codes 1 and 7
if they dont work ask for help
