Hi, I bought a new nokia 6310i and after a few months it started to giver problems. It shuts it self down and when I enter the pin code it flashes a message and requests a code. Its not the pin and not the puk and the sim card work fine on a different phone. After a few seconds shuts down.
I did take the phone to the service provider were I bought the phone but they simply say they don’t know what is wrong with the phone. Does somebody please know how to solve the problem? Thanks. FJA
