6600 Ownership Experience ?

hey ppl i wanted to know since the 6600 has been launched how many ppl have got it already. i am waiting for my country to launch it officially as yet, but in the grey market its sellin for 800$ at this point. so all the current owners can we have reviews and pics of ur 6600 plz.

Undying thx for the link i knew tht one. wht i am tlkin bot is ppl who own the phone, those pics. neways i used the 6600 today for a while the price has gone down to $600 sim free and the p900 for $1200 sim free. 6600 gr8 phone. waitin for pics and more.

Ok, i didnt know that you already saw that site. Well, i just got my 6600. I was surprised how small it is. And the screen is great! I havent got any pics yet.

Ive had my 6600 now for 5 days. Its the best phone ive had!!! The screen is brilliant and it is much quicker than my 7650. Well worth the wait for all u 7650 owners waiting for an upgrade. 100% recommended.

6600 has 6 meg.

no, not internal fone mem, but ram. u can find out how much ram, by installin a file explorer like fexplorer or seleq.

have checked out the new N6600.. already got one last night.. very nice phone with all the best features... alot better than the 7650 when it comes to picture quality... they have fixed the barrel problem and pic quality is as good as a low end 0.3 megapix digital camera......

it has a very clear and crisp TFT display... with everything we've ever wanted the 7650 have... also compared it with the sony ericsson T610 in picture and screen quality... no doubt nokia N6600 display is at the top most....

there are only some bad points i can see... some softwares that the 7650/3650 seems not to work properly and some dont really work at all
maybe the new symbian OS7 is different in makeup than that of the OS6

If you live in the Philippines... i suggest you to get your unit from SEMICON .. its alot cheaper than GreenHills costing at P24,995.00 ($455.00)

as of now need to check on some bugs if any will come out...
as always Nokia's first batches of phones have a little tweaks and bumps....

ill post some pics on the members pictures... so you can see the difference in picture quality between the 7650 and the 6600

Hi, ;)

u can choose to download themes from nokia's website.
but the problems is there is only one other theme there....

I also try difrent way and look for some theme editor prog but I didn't find nothing even on nokia.forum site, so we need to wait until nokia will release soft for making/edithing theme.

I hope thats will be soon is possible :D

I've had T68 for two years, and this phone rocks.. Extremely good software on it.

I put in 512 mb MMC card.. but I need more apps.. It's not many apps out there.

I was very disappointed with the sound.. I installed a MP3 player, but the decoding/soundcard is just crap. Could it just be that the mp3 player is made for series 60 ?

The playback is really crap..

But the phones symbian 70 OS is just beatiful !

512 mb mmc? wat brand is it? is it working perfectly fine?
u can try mp3go 2.02 from my group, its the best for playing mp3s for non stereo fones like 3650 and 6600. hope it works for ur fone.

I had a T68i before how did you plug in a MMC card on.. it does not have a slot on it.. and even if so the picture quality is very poor since it only has 256 colors on it...
