I am having really big problem getting my phone working with my pc. I am using a dual bus autoswitching datacable for my 3510i. I am running oxygen phone manager under windows xp and oxygen phone manager just says phone not found. please help me!!! I have searched your forums and found something about userport I have read the tutorial for using this but all it does is make the program say the port does not exist or is open.

Have you tried switching between MBUS and FBUS ?

I have a dual bus cable which is both and it is autoswitching
