Which tool is best for Editing Ringtones in PPM?

Which tool is best for Editing Ringtones in PPM? I use PPM edit, but it often get wrong sounds, when i import tones from logomanager txt. So, what do you use?

the best way is 2 convert ur rttl tones to re format
then use tone chunk organizer
then import them to phone by ppm manager or ppm maker
