help....System error of Q9

I forgot to turn off Q9 before deleting q9 and now
My n-gage keeps system error when turn on.
What can I do?
Can I stop partly installed q9 when I turn on the phone,
ever format the phone doesn't work... :-?

Can't reinstall cos Q9 is running(don't know why...maybe it's uninstalled properly) when I turn on my n-gage?
