hmmmmmm. u guys think we'd be able to run GBA roms or Snes roms?
i-mate has one, although i see it's not ALOT better than nokia 3650
.. still, what do u think?

i can tell you that won`t happen`d since you need about a 200 mhz to run snes games and 300 mhz to run gba in full frames and the ram on 3650 are too little only 3.5 mb :rolleyes:

I don't think you do.
Yes you would if you're running x86 architecture, as RISC is so much more efficient. It takes more x86 mhz to emulate less ARM mhz.
But doesn't the 3650 etc use a 104mhz ARM processor? Which is way more than either the SNES or GBA.
I think the GBA runs a 33mhz? ARM7.
As you said though it's probably a RAM issue. But we can watch 40mb + videos on a 3650?

personally, i used to play snes rom with my 133 Mhz cpu . yeah it's definately a ram issue. and i dont think the I-mate is more than 200 Mhz. .... i dont feel like searching about it .... but i think i read once its 180 Mhz maybe?!
still, i dont think they'll make one for this nokia phone
