6600 in Australia

Yeah i havent seen it in any Telstra shops or Optus worlds over here in WA yet.... yeah it sucks bein last aye.... hehe mind you atm they are fully advertising the N-Gage, bus stops, freeway posters, Tv ads radio ect.... Maybe 6600 might be next... :)

Well you'd think Crazy John's would know anything but they don't. I guess the price of the handset would be thru the roof as well once it's released (whenever that would be). I with Telscum and to go on a contract would also cost alot i would gather.

I just spoke to Nokia NZ, n-gage is due for release over here at the end of FEBRUARY next year! At that rate they shouldn't even bother!

6600 due out within 2 months. Bah.

I'm just hoping the parallel importers will get them sooner.

Far out... that sounds even worse than Australia in waitin times hehe, i guess we are a little bit luckier in waiting periods...

Just a quickie, how much is the 3650 retailing for atm over there??

3650 and gx10 are both at $799 outright, with $300 free credit. 7650 is still going for between 900 and 1550 depending on the retailer. Of course that's kiwi $$... not sure what the current rate to aus $$ is ..

Just blame bloody vodafone over here.. they're so behind the times (and milking it for everytihing they can...) its frustrating to say the least.

geez that would be annoying hey, um you can pick the 3650 up for about $629 the cheapest ive seen so far and the 7650 is very hard to find to buy brand new, i havent seen it in any shops for ages. The cheapest N-Gage over here is $488 from Dick Smith Electronics, i havent seen it cheaper yet. I dont think vodafone over here isnt much better from what ive seen. Telstra seems to be pretty good so far hehe :smile:

hehe wow you's are really behind down there and I thought we were bad up here! They don't even sell the 7650 here anymore, or atleast the places I've been too. It looks like the 6600 can play N-gage games as well which sounds cool, though the P900 sounds interesting. :)
