I think you can get the wave add-ons at BestSoftwareNokia3650 (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BestSoftwareNokia3650/files/) in the uploads folder -- the file is called WaveTool.zip. It should include 2 sis files that extract the waves to your phone. Even though the person who uploaded the files says you need a crack, or keygen, you don't need one. That person is dumb.
However, you HAVE to install it to your phone memory. (i'm not sure about the entire TimeTool app, but I know you have to install these to your phone mem.)
Once you do get the files on there (they will be located in a folder called 'TCLTREM' in your phone's 'Sounds' directory), here's something kinda cool that you can do. In that folder, there are several wave files like (1.wav, 2.wav, 3.wav, etc.) So what you do is you record your own waves using your voice, or a computer simulated voice and name them accordingly. For instance, you say the word "one," and then name the wave file 1.wav, etc... Then simply replace your wave file with the ones located in the 'TCLTREM' folder. (you need to record and replace 29 wave files total, including "A.M.", "P.M.", "it's", "o'clock", "hours left", "minutes left") SInce you are making the waves, you can add naughty words here and there.
AND VOILA... you can make your phone make yourself (or whomever) tell the time.

Uhhh... I use a 3650 too. But I installed it awhile back... so I imagine it was an older version. Yes, you are supposed to install the Timetool app, and then the add-ons. Maybe you didn't configure it correctly? I dunno. Try uninstalling the files, and then install them again... or find a newer version. I can't help you with the configurations/settings because I deleted the app (it takes up just too much of the phone memory). I hope it all works out.
BY THE WAY, has anyone (who has successfully installed the app w/ addons) followed my advice to change the voice? Though it's a little lame, mine said, "The fuck!ng time is: blah, blah, blah."
