Hello all.

Does anybody know how to change the IMEI number on a samsung P400?? do you have to replace the UEM chip like Nokia DCT 4 handsets??

Any help would be appreciated and most welcome.

Do you know where i can get the software for this??

Is just a data cable as well that connects frm phone to PC??

Yes. It's the same for all manufactures..

Try to find and download complete setup for winimei.

i've tried the web already and i can't find the CORE40.dll file anywhere!

You can't just search for the file.. Search for complete installation of WinIMEI.
