Software for IMEI change SAMSUNG P400 & V200??

1) Does anybody know where i can get software from to change the IMEI number on Samsung P400 and V200???

2) I also need IMEI numbers??

Can somebody PLEASE PLEASE help me??

you dont need a list of imei numbers just change the middle 6-8 numbers and it will work.

can you get hold of the file CORE40.dll?? i'm having trouble opening this P400 program!! first it said there was a sqllib80.dll file missing, i got hold of that and now it's saying that you need CORE40.dll file!
