I think you should at least let people know where you are............

I can tell you that a cheap (China) flasher for DCT-4 phones here in Bangkok cost now around 1.900 Baht, without any software. That is 47.50 us$. You can find it at various shops/stalls in Mahboonkrong centre, fourth floor.
