changing IMEI

in order to change the IMEI no. i req dx2win.dll. Can someone gimmi a link to d/l it frm. Once obtaining this dll where do i needd to place it???...in programs root folder??? or in a windows directory????pls help really urgent

you can place it in the SW directory or the sytems folder in windows. usually programs autodetect as well as windows when a dll is copied to your computer.

btw, what SW are you using.
