still no help v.50

i need help for two motorola v50 one writes check card and the other says ' insert battery' .
any ideas.

For this check card problem.....is the phone unlocked?..I cant remember the massage whe its locked, so this is just a sujestion...other thing...this massage comes when there is not sim in the phone....may be it cant see the sim cause there is a broblem with the sim holder ar mai be there is n power to the sim...some more info please..have You expected the phones..
For You second problem I dont have any clue..
