How to stop N-gage opening q9font16.gdr file?

Hi guys I need some help about this problem....

I closed Q9 but I can't not remove q9font16.gdr from C: by uninstalling chinfont.sis
Everytime I turn on my n-gage the sytem seems loading q9font16.gdr all the time even though Q9 is not running...

Seleq doesn't let me to delete it....'General: Already in use'

Any idea for stop the system loading q9font16.gdr file?
