help with Eeprom tools 4.0

hi can anyone help i use logomanager on com 1 so wen i try Eeprom tools it says com 1 open or cant find timeport settings .is ther a way to change programes between com 1

the phone is connected to com1. there is only one com1 in your computer, and so you can only run one program that communicates with it.

even if it was possible, it's not recommended to run 2 programs that work with the same device.

close logomanager, and then run eeprom tools.
