I have formatted my 7650 using system tools v1.31 twice. The first time when i started it up it said "Phone start up failed. contact the retailer." After I restarted it a second time it worked fine again. The second time I formatted my phone however it keeps bringing up this message. Is there any way to repair the problem? I've got an f/m bus cable but no flash box.
