nokia language pack HELP!!!

Hi! i'm a dummy! i need to learn how to flash arabic language to 3310 phones...
I've got a little experience about flashing semicundoctors but i've never tried flashing mobile phones...
Can you tell me what i need?
where can i find some information?
And the arabic language pack???
i need some tips...

1st of all the arabic language package is i & j
u can flash it using dejan box or flasher cable
but it will be easier if u use flasher cable
and there is a simple program easy 2 be used called rolis flasher
