Access to SIM Toolkit application

I have a provider menu (SIM Toolkit) on my SIM for mobile banking and I want my PC to access it by connecting my GSM phone to my PC.

Is any any command in MBUS or FBUS in directly accessing or selecting menu items on the SIM toolkit application? Or AT commands, if any?
