Att Unlock code.. for 3650 Help appreciated

Hey guys.. first post here.. and it ain't a good one. My friend decided to go messing around with my phone and he locked it. How do I figure out the Imei number now that it is locked?

How did you Pal Lock your fone
It cant be done just by playing with it
may be you meen it ask you for a securaty code
and not a unlock code

Thanks for helpin Crashy.. you have a great rep here. These are the exact words it tells me "PIN code blocked. Enter PUK code:"

if you dont have the puk number (Usualy is surplied with the Pin Number )
all you have to do is Ring up your Service Provider and give them your SIM Card details and he will surply you with the PUK number and how to put it in your fone

i turned it off and on. Now it tell me SIM card rejected

that meen you have put in the wrong PUK to many times you will have to ask the service provider for a new sim Card
they will surply you with one free

and they will relpace the Sim card for you
