Having some trouble with picture messages

I have a 5100 and im having some trouble putting picture messages onto my phone with Infra Red.

It wont allow me to transfer the picture to the phone. This is the same case with operator logo.

I am using Nokia PC Suite 5.

Figured it out, however i still cannot change my operator logo.
