'Sounds like there have been more than five unsuccessful attempts to unlock the phone already. You will need a cable and software to perform unlock at this stage.

Ok either your phone is already unlocked (Try another simcard in your phone) or you or someone else has entered more than 5 codes........ Only way to unlock now is using unlock software and a cable...

Thanks for your reply, do you know where I can buy the cable and software at all ? I confess that I nothing about phones !!

Have a look on Ebay.... I always buy mine through there as you can get some really good deals!! As for software look in the download section of the forum, you either want Bwinlock or Jic DCT4 unlocker.
