TDMA Unlocker.

I had use this TDMA unlocker, it unlocks the SOC, clears the phone, etc., but it disables the “Network Services” menu on the “Setting” menu.
I want to know if there’s a way to enable that menu, because unhopefully in Costa Rica, they don’t program the cell phone with that menu locked.
