Many thanks, I got the message telling me the restriction had been removed. :0)

The only spare sim card I have to test it is a Vodafone UK payg card, but when i insert it and power up the fone, it asks for a 'security code'
I think this is the sim security code, and i don't know what it is.

You wouldn't know a way around that problem would you ??!!

12345 or 00000
but if they dont work you will need to remove it by cable and software
