t10 - charging problem

i have a T10 which will not fully charge battery and also phone wont charge until being plugged into charger for 20 mins sometimes not at all........charger tested ok on other phones.....ANY IDEAS????

try to re-write the eeprom with other eeprom file by ATR 5,3. You can read an eeprom file from other T10 and then write to your T10. After that you just repair the phone with ATR 5,3 zulea tool by entering the correct Imei and flashing it with an upgrade file like 01w04 or lower. Try, i think it will work.
