Hi

I cant answer all your questions but whatever i can here is it.

I dont know what ozone and whats is used for.
2nd.You cannot change your cellphone screen resolution because it it not software driven but it is your physical lcd pixels that are larger, so a lcd example 2100 is same size as 8210 but has smaller pixels thus giving you a screen size of a 7110/6210.

3. i dont think its quite possible tosend a news flash from your cellphone directly, however you cand send it using logomanager.

Hope you find the other answers.

a) 0z0ne is used to change screen zones. It allows you to move the net and battery bars, Navi key text; keylock, sms, clock and other indicators. Some more info here: http://nokiafree.org/forums/t49324/s.html
Regarding tapzone - I haven't heard about this software. I only know 0z0ne and Nokz0ne.
b) No, you can't. Changing logo resolution not only means changing screen zone, but also the size of EEPROM and RAM buffers where operator logo is stored.
c) I think that ony can be done with LogoManager or similar software. All you can do from the phone is inserting blinking text characters (although it's not the same).

never tried flashmsg?
http://www.panuworld.net/nuukiaworld/download/flashmsg/index.htm

from panuworld:

Send messages directly on recipient's display
Write messages with blinking characters
Turn on the voice mail, fax, and email indicators
Write messages with hidden content
Play false message signals with void messages
Create phonebook entries with blinking characters
Save your favorite logos in the phone and change logo with a few key presses

Nokia phones does not support creating or editing class 0 messages, although they can be stored in the SIM memory and displayed there. You can create class 0 messages into the SIM memory with the PanuWorld FLASHMSG (and the price for sending is the normal price of a message)

Type your message (do not use the blink function if you want to create a class 0 message for phone of any brand) in the text box and click "Save to Phone".
To send the message, open it in the phone outbox and choose "Forward".

so, you can save to phone, but you can't edit those flash sms's.

Yes, I tried it, but it unfortunately works via AT commands only and does not support neither FBUS nor MBUS protocol. The phone in question is 3310, which doesn't have built-in modem, so the only solution is to get somebody's phone with modem, insert one's sim and write class 0 sms into sim inbox using flashmsg.
So, without the other phone that's almost impossible. (gammu (http://www.mwiacek.com/) definitely supports sending class 0 messages, but I don't know whether they can be saved to sim).
