you can use NokTool or Neb's Security Code changer, search for it
btw, what's is your unit? is it 3310/15, 3210, 6210, what?

badsically you need an mbus datacable and one of the softwares that have already been mentioned
run the software read from the phone and you have your code

BTW this is the solution for DCT3 phones
DCT4 phones are different
